These stoppers are made of solid 304 FDA kitchen-grade stainless steel.
The o-rings are FDA grade nitrile and are 3 different sizes allowing for a tight seal in various size bottles. The o-rings fit tight into clean precision-cut grooves with squared edges so there is never a need to remove them. Rounded edges allow moisture (dirt) to get into the curve and makes it a little more difficult to have your custom top fit flush to the edge.

These stoppers complement your work rather than compete with it.
They are designed to sit low in the bottle out of sight.

The most popular bottle stopper for woodworkers with a 1/2" high, 3/8" x 16 tpi threaded stud. They are machined in one piece so there's no worry about it coming loose. Use a 23/64" or 9mm or O size drill bit for threading stopper into wood.

This is machined the same as #301 except the stud is not threaded. The only difference is personal preference and turning procedure. Use a 3/8" drill bit for this style.

This style has a flat top used with glass, stone, marble, etc. Glass adhesive in order of strongest hold; Hxtal, Hang Your Glass, Loctite and E6000. The last two are available locally. Being a woodturner, I can only pass along adhesive info my customers give me.

This style has a stainless steel 1 1/4" circle 1/8" thick. It is one piece for stability. Fused-glass artists can do a multitude of shapes with their glass on this model. #2 Morse taper, black oxide coated to prevent rusting. They have a 3/8" x 16 tpi threaded end that is also a tap eliminating the need to tap separately. The back end is 5/16" threaded for the use of a drawbar. The top of this mandrel is the same diameter as the stoppers.
